What documents do I need to provide for an application?
Document requirements vary by loan type, but typically include:
property purchase contract or current mortgage statement, last 2
years tax returns, recent bank statements, and property details. For
DSCR loans, we focus on the property's income potential rather than
personal income documentation.
Do you lend in all states?
We lend in most states across the U.S., but availability can vary by
loan program. When you submit your inquiry, we'll immediately
confirm if we can fund your project in your specific location and
recommend the best program options available.
What are your minimum loan amounts?
Minimum loan amounts vary by program type. Generally, we start at
$150,000 for fix & flip and bridge loans, $100,000 for DSCR loans,
and $50,000 for business financing. We also have programs for larger
commercial projects with no maximum limits.
